It is official! RED-i Design has become the first design studio in Queensland, that we know of, to achieve the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2000.

We have always had quality systems in place for our studio, which has allowed our clients to put their faith in our business and rest assured that we will always deliver quality service. However, this year we decided it was time to take that extra step and become a quality assured company.

How does this assist our customers?     

The implementation of ISO 9001:2000 Standards demonstrates RED-i Design’s commitment as an organisation to always practice quality service delivery to our clients.
