What's it like to work with Red-i Design? On this page we'll outline the kind of results our clients have reported and give you an idea of our values, our approach to client projects and how we're different to most other graphic design studios.

Working with us is similar to having an external member of your team. We start by taking the time to really understand your business / organisation, the procedures, the processes, the target market and the desired outcomes. With our strong processes and systems we guarantee to create a communication package that will talk clearly to your market and most importantly build your brand equity.

Get the right tools. When you start talking to potential customers about your product you need to have the right sales tools otherwise you don't get very far. We work with you to create tools for your sales team to use in the market. Consistency in your branding is essential not only for how the brochures ‘look' but also through the messages you want your sales team to communicate about your company and products. 

Our clients get a lot of attention. Your projects are important. Missing deadlines is not an option. So, we guarantee our deadlines. And it's the effective communication throughout the project that helps us deliver on our promise. At the beginning of a project you will be assigned an account manager who will be your contact for the duration of the project. Whether in person, by email or by phone, they will keep you up-to-date and the project moving along to completion.

No more miscommunication. The design, marketing and web experts are all working together from the one studio. Everything including your website, advertising, collateral and direct mail will be promoting the same benefits. There will be no more inconsistent, disconnected marketing messages. Attention to detail. Nothing is more frustrating than getting a proof back on a critical communication piece that is full of mistakes and misspellings. We're not perfect but we strive to be. We use a double proofing system, meaning no job goes out until it's been reviewed and signed off by the art director and studio manager. On web projects we guarantee typos will be fixed within 24 hours.
