RED-i Design: Quality Assured

It is official! RED-i design has become the first design studio in Queensland that we know of to achieve the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2000.

We have always had quality systems in place for our studio, which has allowed our clients to put their faith in our business and rest assured that we will always deliver quality service. However, this year we decided it was time to take that extra step and become a quality assured company.

What is ISO 9001:2000?
ISO 9001: 2000 is the International Standard for quality management systems. The Standard provides an internationally recognised best practice framework for the organisation with a focus on our customers, leadership, involvement of our people, monitoring of our performance and a process approach to continuous improvement. 

What does certification mean?
In order to gain certification, RED-i Design has been assessed by an independent auditor as meeting all of the requirements set out under the ISO Standard.
As part of the certification process, RED-i Design will undergo regular health checks by our external assessor to ensure that we continue to meet the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. In order to keep certification, we are required to re-apply every three years.

How does this assist our customers?     
The implementation of ISO 9001:2000 Standards demonstrates Red-i Design’s commitment as an organisation to always practice quality service delivery to our clients. RED-i Design has always had quality systems in place and delivered nothing less than worthy results to our clients. However, with our new certification, clients can be further assured that the RED-i Design team is always about quality.
